30-DAY “RIDE IT, LOVE IT” GUARANTEE

• Unused & boxed: Return any e-bike within 30 days of delivery if it’s 100 % unused, with original packaging and all accessories.

• Start the return: Email info@miamibikesandrepair.com with your order number and a quick reason.

• You have 14 days from approval to ship back to 2037 Northeast 163rd Street, North Miami Beach, FL 33162, USA.

REFUND IN 7–10 BUSINESS DAYS

• Refunds hit your original payment method 7–10 business days after we receive & inspect.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• 7-day damage report: Snap photos & email info@miamibikesandrepair.com within 7 days of delivery.

• 2-year warranty: Covers manufacturing defects — free replacement, repair, or full refund + free return shipping.

NO-GO ITEMS

• Used bikes, missing parts, or opened boxes = no return unless defective.
